Since 2010, over 130 hospitals have closed in Texas. 27% of total current Texas hospitals operate in distress. Traditional consulting hasn't solved the problem because consultants leave before implementation.
We built a firm of healthcare operators and private equity professionals —people who have run hospitals, and raised capital, not just advised them. We take interim leadership roles, make difficult decisions, and own outcomes.
